The Sparring Partner In Business Ltd. (Seat: 1061 Budapest, Paulay Ede street 26. 2. flr. 8.; Company registration number: 01-09-407054; Taxnumber: 32108860-2-41; Represented by: Zoltán Kaprinay managing director,), as service provider ("Service Provider") operates the websites www.kaprinay.com and www.sparringpartner.business. (together as "Site”).

These Terms of Use set out the rules governing the use of the Website, which you must read, accept and comply with in order to use the Site. If you do not accept these terms of use, you are no longer entitled to use the Site. The Service Provider is entitled to prohibit any visitor from using the Site if the visitor does not comply with these Terms of Use.

1. The Service

Through the Site, visitors can explore comprehensive consulting services offered by the Service Provider, acting as a business sparring partner for executives, businesses, teams, and top leaders. The Service Provider aims to enhance flexibility and progress toward goals while improving overall well-being. Services include personalized leadership coaching, group collaboration facilitation, and customized online courses. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary without regard to its conflict of law rules. The visitor agrees that the district (metropolitan district) courts, tribunals, courts of law, and the Curia with general jurisdiction have jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Site, and in the event of any such litigation, the visitor submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Those provisions of these terms and conditions which by their nature remain in force after the termination of these terms and conditions (surviving provisions) will remain in force after termination.

A waiver of any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a continuing or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and the failure of the Service Provider to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

The present Terms of Use have been unilaterally determined by the Service Provider, which reserves the right to modify and withdraw them without limitation.
